A longtime Californian, Charles Glynn began his commercial real estate career after completing a graduate degree in business administration and studying for a certificate in urban planning. He received his MAI in 1995. During his 26 years as a commercial appraiser, he has appraised most forms of commercial property. His practice is primarily focused in Northern California. He has worked with a variety of commercial appraisal firms including Hamilton, Simons & Associates in San Francisco, and AGI Valuations. In 1996 he formed his own practice. His areas of expertise include: conservation easements, right-of-way and eminent domain, feasibility studies, specialty real estate consulting, and litigation support.
