The 28 acre master planned community includes 1,712 housing units, 1.3 million square feet of office, 76,000 square feet of retail and supportive parking and redevelopment of the Historic Core.

MISSION ROCK REDEVELOPMENT

Valuation for bond funding of Mission Rock, a waterfront development project being undertaken by the San Francisco Giants in partnership with the Port and City of San Francisco. The 28 acre master planned community will include 1,327 housing units, 1.1 million square feet of office and 180,000 square feet of retail and supportive parking. About eight acres of public open space will be created.
